Kelly Roberts is a seasoned corporate and bankruptcy attorney known for her honest, direct advice and a practical approach that keeps efficiency and costs in mind. She represents business owners, creditors, and guarantors across Florida, helping clients navigate complex corporate transactions and bankruptcy matters with confidence.
In her business and corporate practice, Kelly assists clients with:

In her bankruptcy practice, Kelly represents creditors, interested parties, and guarantors in consumer and business bankruptcy cases across Florida’s Northern, Middle, and Southern Districts. Her experience spans multiple chapters, providing clients with strategic guidance to protect their interests.
Kelly is an active member of local, state, and national legal organizations, including the American Bankruptcy Institute, the Sarasota County Bar Association, and the Tampa Bay Bankruptcy Bar Association. She is a Barrister Member of the Judge John M. Scheb American Inn of Court and serves as Chair of the Corporations, Securities & Financial Services Committee of the Business Law Section of the Florida Bar.
When she is not practicing law, Kelly enjoys golf, skiing, running, traveling, and spending time with her husband, daughter, and dachshund.
